LEAD TIMES

All items sold are 'made to order'. Production of an item starts after payment has been cleared. Lead times range between 1 and 3 weeks, depending on the number of orders at any given point. When making a purchase you accept that orders will be dispatched as soon as production has finished. When you have a question about the current lead time, please contact the store.

All shipments are handled by PostNL and their respective local partners. Vortacs3D is not responsible for delays, damages, seizures, local taxes or any other aspects of shipping. After confirmation of shipping, Vortacs3D assumes no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for the package.
